“To whom it may concern, we are writing to let you know that Pool World is the best pool installation company in the Northwest. Last summer, we had Pool World install an in-ground pool and we LOVE it. We were amazed at how quickly they were able to do it from start to finish.
When we think back about the project, to us it is represented by 3 perfect ‘p’s… precise, punctual, and pretty. The first ‘p’ is for precise; every aspect of the installation was perfectly precise. We ran into no problems that they couldn’t correct. The second ‘p’ is for perfectly punctual; the crew showed up every day, early in the morning and they worked their tails off. The last ‘p’ is for perfectly pretty. We are 110% satisfied with our pool. It is pretty FABULOUS!
The crew worked very hard to create the perfect outside wonderland for our family. We are counting down the days until we get to open the pool and enjoy it for the second season. “They have been so wonderful to have. I no longer have to worry anymore about finding someone trustworthy and skilled to do the job right. They do an excellent job, are very professional and always stay on top of the work. When any equipment has needed repairs or replacements in the past, they are great at explaining the process, actually showing me the part that needs replacement or repair and then gets it done right away. They even change out the landscape lighting around the hot tub when bulbs go out, which is a big help to me! The cost is 90 dollars a week + chemicals, which is already detailed in a work order form with the invoice. I wished it would go down in price in the winter when they are only working on the spa though.”

The technician who did the installation work came here and resolved the issue. He was able to resolve the dry wall thing and showed me how to take care of it in the future.”
